The manger living of Pietrelcina

One of events more beautiful of south Italy is the Living Crib of Pietrelcina. The crib there is every years from 27 to 29 Dicember.
It’s an interesting performance which involves all inhabitants of Pietrelcina.
The theatre of representation is the historic centre where are prepared the shops and where is possible to see the carpenter working wood and the housewife cooking
bread. |

This representation involves about 300 figuring. Every one become a real actor perfectly decreased in the role. Visiting the crib and taking a walk in the ways every turist remains astonished when see reproduced the real life of a time: there is Synagogue, where the pilgrims can partecipate to the religious ritual; |
the profane court of Erodes with dancers and musicians and, finally, a moment much evocative is the hut of Jesus which is reproduced in a stable where there is a real ox and the ass which heat
Jesus. |
